Sweet, Spicy & Smokey Dry Rub






Ingredients:

3/4 cup of light brown sugar
2 tablespoons of salt (I used Lo Salt reduced sodium alternative)
1 tablespoon of chipotle chili powder
1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  1. If you like BBQ smoking, I suggest you use butcher paper wrapping your meat or brisket. Butcher paper is better than foil. It holds juice, making smoked meat tender and juicier.
